Its 2.5x length-to-diameter ratio offers sufficient stability while allowing access to moderately deep features without excessive deflection. This tools bright coating pairs with a 30° helix angle and four flutes to deliver sharp cutting edges, reduced friction, and excellent chip evacuation. This combination minimizes grabbing in free-machining brass and bronze, improving surface finish and extending tool life.
