Applications

  • For oversized hole drilling operations in screw machines or where a shorter overall drill length is needed.
  • Used for drilling oversize holes (2.00″ to 3.50″) in a variety or normal steels, cast iron, and other ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys.
  • Used in a #5 Morse taper socket.
  • Used with either portable or stationary machines having a #5 Morse taper socket spindle.
  • To achieve optimal performance and extended tool life, suitable lubricating/cutting oils or appropriate coolant fluids are recommended for most drilling operations.
