Parting / Self-Lock Carbide Cut-Off Inserts from International Brand Korloy. These carbide series of parting and grooving inserts is a popular choice among seasoned machinists. Whether you are parting off small components or grooving large diameters, you will find your insert grade for parting and grooving here. This line of carbide parting/grooving inserts aid in maintaining secure, cost-efficient production. They are designed for neutral, right-hand, left-hand cutting directions (lead angle hand). Large assortments are on offer in various grades ranging from NC3030, H01, PC9030, PC8110, PC5300, NCM325, NC3220, ST30A, NC3120 and in all standard geometry and widths for parting and grooving applications. Assortments are available in PVD TiCN-coated or CVD / TiC+TiCN+Al2O3+TiN grade for steel and stainless steel. The coated assortments offer better heat resistance, making it ideal for parting-off, grooving, and turning operations in harsh industrial conditions. Korloy’s carbide series grade use low-to-medium-to-high speed and feed. This series of carbide inserts are available in over 40 assortments with lead angles range: 0°/8°; insert cutting width radius range: 0.087 inch, 0.122 inch, 0.160 inch, 0.187 inch, 0.200 inch, 0.250 inch and insert radius range: 0.008 inch, 0.010 inch, 0.012 inch and 0.014 inch.
