DMC5011 Maintenance Kit For Electrical Connectors and Wiring Systems.

The DMC5011 tool kit contains the AF8 (M22520/1-01), AFM8 (M22520/2-01), MH860 (M22520/7-01), HX3 (M22520/10-01), HX4 (M22520/5-01), general purpose I/R tools, and all mil-spec turrets and positioners. The DMC5011 also includes tool instruction sheets and a tool selection chart.

The DMC® AF8® is qualified to AS22520/1 and has virtually limitless applications within the specified wire range of 26 through 12 AWG.

The DMC® AFM8 is qualified to AS22520/2 designed for most miniature and sub-miniature connector types widely used in electronic systems. The AFM8 meets the need for an adjustable lower-range 8-indent crimp tool accommodating wire sizes 32 through 20 AWG.

The DMC® MH860 is qualified to AS22520/7. The MH860 covers commonly used wire sizes (32 – 16 AWG) in the aerospace industry and eliminates the need for having multiple crimp tools.

The DMC® HX3 form crimp tool is qualified to AS22520/10. It supports several different crimp styles and crimps wire sizes 26 – 10 AWG.

The DMC® HX4 form crimp tool is qualified to AS22520/5*. It supports several different crimp styles and crimps wire sizes 26 – 10 AWG.

The DMC® General Purpose I/R tools in this kit consist of 12 metal insertion tools, 12 metal removal tools, 2 metal insertion/removal tools, and 75 plastic I/R tools.
