The 30° helix angle, four-flute layout, and TiAlN Extreme coating improve chip evacuation and tool strength, minimizing wear during moderate to high-speed machining. This tool is ideal for applications demanding smooth surface finishes and dimensional consistency. Provided by Travers Tool, it features a carbide substrate optimized for steel and compatible materials. Usage on Non-Ferrous (ISO N) materials is discouraged due to coating unsuitability causing rapid wear. It is not intended for interrupted cuts or materials outside the specified range, focusing on steel, cast iron, stainless steel, and HRSA applications.
